Shipping Policy:
At this time, we only ship to the United States. We ship via UPS, and shipping rates and options are available on our product page.
Delivery Time:
We make every effort to deliver your package to you as soon as possible however, delivery time may vary depending upon your geographical location and/or order processing date. Orders requesting shipment to the West Coast are delivered usually within five to seven business days.
Credit Card Approval
After your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed and shipped out to you within 72 hours. Inconsistent credit card, billing and/or shipping information may delay your order. If your credit card is not approved, we will notify you via email. If you fail to provide us with the necessary information within 3 business days, we will be forced to cancel your order.
Out of Stock
If for any reason an item you were able to order is out of stock, you will be notified immediately.
Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with the products you purchased from us, email or call to arrange a replacement or refund. When we receive your merchandise we will refund the full purchase price to the credit card used to place the order. Returned items must be sent back to us within 60 days of the purchase date. Please note: We can only accept returned items that are unused and unopened.

Privacy
Rock Hard Cosmetics is very respectful about the privacy concerns of the visitors to its web site. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your approval. When you place an order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date. Once we receive your information for an online purchase, it is forwarded to our fulfillment department. Your information will only be used to process, track and ship your order. This information (exception of credit card number) will also be on file with Rock Hard Cosmetics for customer service purposes.
Security

The "shop on line" section of Rock Hard Cosmetics web site is located on a "secure server." Official Contest Rules
No Purchase Necessary.
1.Eligibility: Only legal US and Canadian residents 13 years of age or older are eligible to enter the Rock Hard Cosmetics/Rock Hard Nails, Inc. contest. Employees of Rock Hard Cosmetics/Rock Hard Nails, Inc and those involved in the development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation and distribution of this contest and their advertising or promotion agencies, parent companies, service providers, agents, officers, subsidiaries or affiliates, or any other persons or entities directly associated with this contest and members of the immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter the contest.
2. How to Enter:
Go to http://www.rockhardcosmetics.com/contest.html and complete the information requested on the entry form and then transmit the entry form by clicking on the "submit" button.
This contest begins on September 20, 2004 5:00 am and ends December 31, 2004 11:59 pm ("contest"). Information requested for entry consists of name, address, valid e-mail address. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON AND PER E-MAIL ACCOUNT. If multiple entries are received, only the first entry will be considered and subsequent entries will be disqualified.
3. Prize:
A signed Angel Faith tank top along with Angel's new single "Just the Way I Am".
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prizes by any winner. Sponsor at its sole discretion, may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
4. Drawing and Notification: Winner of the contest will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 31, 2004 from all eligible entries received by the judge whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email, mail or phone. If a potential winner can not be reached at the email address or phone number provided on the entry form and/or does not respond to the sponsor at e-mail customerservice@rockhardcosmetics.com within five (5) days from Sponsor's first attempt to contact him/her, or if he/she is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not otherwise comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing. All entries become Sponsor's property and will not be returned.
5. General Conditions: All Federal, state and local laws and regulations are applicable. All taxes (including, but not limited to, income taxes) are sole responsibility of winners. Prize winners may be required to execute (and have notarized) an affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release( Affidavit/Release) which must be returned to and received by Sponsor within ten 10 days from winner's receipt of Affidavit/Release. Prize winners may also be required to send a copy of their passport, drivers license or birth certificate as proof of age. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be chosen. Return of prize, prize notification, Affidavit/Release as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Entry and/or acceptance of prize(s) constitutes permission for the Sponsor and it's affiliates to use the winner's name, address and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including without limitation on-line, unless prohibited by law. All entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this contest and any person who does not comply with these official rules, will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. The New York Courts (State and Federal) shall have sole jurisdiction of any controversies regarding the contest and the laws of the state of New York shall govern the contest. Each entrant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue in those courts and hereby submit to the jurisdiction of those courts. If for any reasons beyond the Sponsor's control the contest is not capable of running as originally planned, such as tampering or infection by computer virus, sponsor at its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the contest, without liability. Void where prohibited, restricted or taxed by law.
6. Disclaimers: Entrants agree that Contest Entities shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of the prize(s), participation in Contest, or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network and/or transmission line, computer on-line system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, hardware, software, or any combination thereof, or any entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions) tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, mutilated, delayed, corrupted, mechanically duplicated, illegible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants also agree that the Contest Entities are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an entrant's or third person's computer related to or resulting from Contest and it's prizes. The Contest Entities are not liable for damage to a user's computer system in any way due to an entrant's participation in the Contest or downloading any information in connection with the Contest, including without limitation any server failure, lost delayed or corrupted data or other malfunction. The sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest in the event that it becomes technically corrupted.
