Domestic Shipping Info
Orders received by 1:00pm EST will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 1:00pm EST will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air.

International Shipping Info
At this time Rock Hard Cosmetics/Rock Hard Nails only ships within the United States and Canada. We hope to begin offering international shipping in the near future.

Express Shipping
Express orders ship the same business day, pending order verification, if order is received by 12 noon EST. Express deliveries cost the same as standard delivery plus an additional $18. Express delivery is not available outside the United States.

Delivery Time
We make every effort to deliver your package to you as soon as possible however, delivery time may vary depending upon your geographical location and/or order processing date. Orders requesting shipment to the West Coast are delivered usually within five to seven business days.

Credit Card Approval
After your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed and shipped out to you within 72 hours. Inconsistent credit card, billing and/or shipping information may delay your order. If your credit card is not approved, we will notify you via email. If you fail to provide us with the necessary information within 3 business days, we will be forced to cancel your order.

Out of Stock
If for any reason an item that you were able to order is out of stock, you will be notified immediately. We will give you the option to cancel the order, to exchange or add to the order.
